A little about me

Cathy Walton is the great great granddaughter of well known Minister for Public Works:- Edward William O’Sulivan who was responsible and officially opened Central Railway Station and Pyrmont Bridge. Cathy entered real estate as an enthusiastic teenager where she has stayed to this day. Her passion for real estate resulted in her establishing Walton Property.

Cathy is a real people person, “helping, meeting and making people happy is a goal I strive hard to achieve”. Cathy could see a need to service the Hawkesbury’s property investment market, “I make it my 100% priority to manage properties with utmost care and professionalism using my knowledge and experience of the industry”. Cathy has 25 years of real estate industry experience and has worked in all facets of real estate but it had always been a long term goal to run her own real estate agency. Walton Property was conceived early 2009.

What a lot of people don’t know about Cathy Walton is that she is an accomplished horsewoman. Competing in polocrosse & endurance rides in her spare time. She trains her horses to become fit, focussed and competitive, her natural horsemanship training style gaining her great results. It is obvious that Cathy is a great achiever and a deeply passionate and caring person.

“I would love to meet with you and discuss any real estate matter you have, so don’t hesitate to make contact, I am happy to help in any way that I can”.
